Description.
Painting in ink and coloured pigments on paper, mounted in a dark brocade silk frame. The composition depicts a large central rock next to a bouquet of bright pink chrysanthemums, over which an insect flutters. It features a vertical inscription in the upper left corner ‘齐璜白石山翁时居燕京第十一年’ and two red seals “齐白石” and ‘齐大’. Qi Baishi (1864-1957) or later.
