Description.
Ink and pigments on silk. It depicts a lush array of peonies, magnolias and cherry blossoms in full bloom, alongside ornamental rocks and a golden pheasant, while delicate birds perch among the branches. On the side is the inscription ‘臣蒋廷锡恭画’ alongside two red seals: “廷锡” and ‘恭绘’. Jiang Tingxi (1669-1732).
