Description.
Painting executed in ink and coloured pigments on silk, mounted on a brocade silk frame. The composition depicts a young lady standing under a plum tree in bloom, dressed in red and white tones that contrast with the monochrome landscape. It bears the inscription ‘古吴吉厂管平画’ on the side with a red seal ‘管平’. Guan Pinhu (20th century).
