Description.
Painting executed in ink and pigments on silk, mounted in a brocade silk frame. The composition features a large rock alongside brightly coloured flowers, over which a butterfly flutters. In the lower right corner is the inscription ‘臣余樨恭画’, accompanied by two red seals “臣余樨” and ‘恭绘’. Yu Xi (active during the Qing dynasty).
