Description.
Ink and pigments on silk; on a brocade fabric frame. It depicts a mountainous landscape, among which are buildings surrounded by vegetation. In the lower part, a bridge crossed by figures can be seen. In the upper left corner is the inscription: ‘芙蓉天半冷春阴, 湿翠横空千树林, 过桥路向清溪转, 入此云崖几许深, 戌辰夏月 石谷王翚’, accompanied by the seals “王翚之印” and ‘石谷’. In addition, there are collector's seals: ‘柿叶山房’ and ‘宫’. Wang Hui (1632–1717).
