Description.
The tray shown is an oval plate or tray with a scalloped edge (known as a gadroon edge) from Copeland Spode's popular ‘Tower’ pattern. This iconic blue and white design, depicting the Salaro Bridge near Rome, was introduced by Spode around 1814.
