Description.
Ceremonial masks made of carved wood and decorated with feathers, textiles and traces of polychromy. One of them shows two large ears and decorations of openwork geometric patterns, reminiscent of a wild animal; this type of representation is characteristic of the D.R. Congo. The second, with rough, geometric features symbolizing fury, belongs to the Grebo ethnic group of Côte d'Ivoire.
