Description.
Beige-coloured jade with natural patina. The upper part features a carving of a dragon with a sinuous body, sturdy legs, a curled tail and a tilted head. The base is divided into two cubic sections, corresponding to the two seals engraved with the inscription ‘仁者不忧,智者不惑’. Qing dynasty (1644–1912) or later.
