Description.
A meticulously carved double jadeite seal depicting an archaic dragon on a base divided into two cubes joined by a small hinge. The figure has a serpentiform body, straight ears, a pronounced beard and wavy details on the legs and tail, with areas of deep green on the upper part of the body. The base has a calligraphic inscription ‘君子之风 山高水长’ in seal style. Qing dynasty (1644-1912) or later.
