Description.
A carved double jade seal in an attractive spinach-green hue with darker natural veins. The piece features a design comprising two separate halves joined by a central groove. The upper section depicts a mythical beast with a sinuous body and schematic anatomy. The two impression bases feature characters carved in seal script. Qing Dynasty (1644–1912). or later.
