Description.
Double seal carved in white jade, depicting an elongated dragon in a reclining attitude on two rectangular blocks. The creature has a serene facial expression, large rounded eyes and curled ears, and a slightly smiling snout. Its body curls sinuously over the upper surface, with tucked hind legs and discreetly detailed claws. The tail extends in elegant scrolls that reinforce the sense of undulating movement. The underside reveals two distinct surfaces, each engraved with the calligraphic characters "臣左宗棠 青宫太保 恪靖侯" in seal-style relief. The milky-white material with slight pinkish hues offers a polished, translucent surface. Qing Dynasty (1644–1912) or later.
