Press 'Program an autobid'in order to confirm
Elegant jade vase in a slightly yellowish, uniform celadon tone, with a wooden base. The central body of the vase is flask-shaped, slightly oval. The obverse is entirely decorated with a floral carving of a garden with plum trees in blossom and birds on their branches, as well as stones. The reverse is also decorated with a carving of a garden with a beautiful plant as a central detail, accompanied by other details.
At the top, on each side, there are handles in the shape of a perfectly carved Foo lion-dog's head, which hold rings of the same jade. The neck is finished at the top with a border that in turn crowns the lid of the vase itself, which has a carving at its highest point that represents a knot of flowering branches, which allows for a better grip in its use. The whole vase rests on a short, but distinguished rectangular foot, which in turn fits perfectly on the accompanying pedestal, which is made of reddish, well-carved wood. Qing Dynasty (1644 - 1912)
