Description.
Glazed porcelain hu vase with a globular shape at its base that narrows to a high, elongated and slightly flared neck. The piece features two handles arranged on either side of the neck, characteristic of the traditional hu vase form, which stands out for its symmetry and balance. The decoration, executed in an elegant colored enamel, depicts a classic Chinese landscape with mountains, trees and a traditional building, complemented by clouds and delicate details in shades of green and red. At the top, the neck is adorned with a band of geometric lines accompanying the painted scene, while at the base is the seal in blue “大清乾隆年制”.
Height: 27.5 cm; Base diameter: 7.5 cm
