Enamelled porcelain jar with lid ‘Trees and Bamboo’, with Yongzheng mark

A porcelain jar with a cylindrical body, a recessed lid and a button-shaped knob at the top. The decoration, executed with wucai enamels, covers the entire body and depicts a landscape painted with great precision in shades of green, ochre, red and blue: trees with gnarled branches, rocks, bamboo shoots and swirling clouds, all executed with meticulous strokes. The cover continues the vegetal decoration with branches and bamboo. On the base, on a white background, is a six-character seal in underglaze blue ‘大清雍正年制’.
