English tall case clock, 17th-18th c.

English tall case clock signed "John Ebsworth Londini fecit" on the dial, bottom. Wooden case with Dutch style marquetry showing floral and bird motifs on the front. The sides are veneered and filleted with frames. 

The hours are indicated in Roman numerals and the outer minute markers in numerals. It has a date marker. Non-functioning machinery with faults (needs restoration). Upper case with restoration, but in good condition.
