Facsimile of ‘Especulum animae’, 1922

Facsimile edition of manuscript ‘Espagnol 544’ from the Bibliothèque nationale de Paris, known as Speculum Animae. The original work is attributed to Sister Isabel de Villena and dates from the 15th century. It consists of two volumes: a faithful reproduction of the codex with special binding and a second volume of historical-critical analysis, transcription and notes. Published by Edilan, Madrid, 1922.
