Description.
A narrative composition depicting a military confrontation in an open landscape, with soldiers on horseback and on foot in the midst of combat. The work maintains the expressive intensity, dynamism and dark atmosphere characteristic of Valencian Baroque, common features in the circle of Esteban March. Spanish school, 17th century.
