Description.
Four glazed ceramic bowls with underglaze decoration. They have deep bodies with flared walls and a ring foot. Three of them feature dense decoration with overlapping bands of auspicious characters and symbols, while the fourth shows a carp fish next to a Buddhist symbol. Ming dynasty (1368-1644).
