Description.
Uniquely shaped ceramic jug, consisting of a globular body with four loop handles arranged on the shoulders, raised on a tall, truncated cone-shaped foot. The piece is decorated using the sgraffito technique on lobed panels showing floral motifs carved on a dark background, while a fourth panel displays a calligraphic inscription. The tall foot is unglazed.
