The figure represents Buddha Sakyamuni in dhyana mudra, a symbol of deep meditation. He sits in the lotus position, his legs crossed in padmasana, and his hands rest on his lap in a gesture of serenity, palms facing upward and fingers gently touching. This posture reflects mental balance and inner peace. The face is meticulously rendered, displaying a serene expression, with slightly closed eyes, a pointed nose, closed lips, and long ears. His hair, represented by spiral curls, is carefully crafted and shows a small bun on top of his head with traces of blue pigment.
Buddha's robes fall gently around his torso and legs, following the natural shape of his body, leaving half his chest exposed. The folds of the fabric are intricately worked. The figure sits on a double base of blooming lotuses, a symbol of purity, rebirth, and spiritual transcendence.
