Description.
Ceramic tripod plate, circular with a flat, everted rim. It rests on three small cabriole legs. The piece is covered with a greyish-blue glaze with a fine crackle pattern, following the models of the prestigious ceramics from the Ru kiln. One of the three original legs is missing and has been restored. Song dynasty (960-1279) or later.
