Glazed porcelain vase ‘Mountain scenery’, with Kangxi mark

Glazed porcelain vase of globular form, with a slightly narrowed base that widens towards the top, giving it a harmonious and balanced contour. The cobalt blue decoration on a white background features a classic Chinese mountain landscape, with mountains, clouds and trees stylized in shades of gray and blue. In the foreground, human figures can be seen sailing in a small boat, adding a touch of life to the natural scene. At the top of the vase, a decorative band of geometric lines complements the composition. The base of the vase is marked with a seal in blue that reads “大清康熙年制”.
