Description.

Grey jade speckled with black and white veins. It has a rectangular base, crowned by a reclining lion with a compact body, its head turned towards its back and its tail curled. It is decorated with reliefs and sinuous lines detailing the mane, ears and musculature. The seal ‘遥山晚碧’ is engraved on the base. Qing dynasty (1644-1912).
