Description.
Carved jade seal in mottled grey with black and white veins. It has a sturdy rectangular base, crowned by a seated mythical animal, standing upright, with its head turned and sturdy limbs. It is decorated with reliefs detailing its morphology. The seal ‘游心于淡’ is engraved on the base. Qing dynasty (1644-1912).
