Description.
Bronze sculpture titled "Bird in Flight," by the renowned Thai artist Hattakitkosol Somchai (1934-2000). This modernist and abstract work seeks to capture the essence of movement and freedom rather than a realistic depiction of a bird. Its fluid lines and aerodynamic contours suggest a creature gracefully gliding through the air. It shows minor imperfections and signs of wear on its base.
