Description.
White jade with natural ochre veins. It has a rectangular base on which the figure of a reclining animal is placed, with incised details on the head and legs. The surface retains the mineral's natural patina. The characters ‘形神恬静’ are inscribed on the base. Qing dynasty (1644–1912)
