Description.
Carved Hetian jade stone in a creamy white hue with a natural reddish-orange patina, fully polished to preserve its original pebble shape. One side features a finely engraved scene depicting two children in a natural setting, beneath a flowering tree. On both sides of the piece, extensive calligraphic texts are arranged in vertical columns, clearly a poetic reference. The piece rests on a handmade textile support made with embroidered silk bands and is housed in a custom-made box. Qing Dynasty (1644–1912) or later.
