Description.
A hand-held pendant carved from ‘ram’s fat’ quality white jade, with a subtle golden streak. It depicts a bulbous fruit enveloped in sinuous leaves with intertwined stems, culminating at the apex in a hole for suspension. Qing Dynasty (1644–1912) or later.
