Description.
Circular panel made of yellow Hetian jade, with delicate natural reddish veins. The front features a highly detailed relief scene with two birds in a setting of leaves and flowers. The back features a calligraphic poem inscribed in vertical columns and framed by a continuous fret border. The piece is mounted on a finely carved wooden base with intertwined plant motifs.
