Ink piece with polychrome, Qing dynasty

Rectangular inkstone with cut edges. It is decorated with carved reliefs, polychrome, and gilding. The reliefs depict Han-style dragons, border patterns, a central cartouche with a seal inside, and a background of rhombuses surrounding Buddhist symbols. It has carved inscriptions: “光緒丁丑仲冬 / 小滄浪亭藏墨” and “微州休城胡開文 / 按古法十萬杵造”. Broken at the top.
