Description.
Jade figurine carved in the shape of a reclining beast, its legs stretched out under its belly, with a compact body and stylized forms. The creature presents a serene expression with raised details on the eyes and ears. The back is decorated with finely engraved lines, and the tail curls elegantly to one side. The surface of the piece displays a dark patina with brown veins, denoting a certain age. Song style (960-1279) or later.
