Description.
A small sculpture made of beige-toned jade with dark veins, naturally accentuated by the patina of the material. The spherical piece depicts a reclining animal, probably a feline, with finely carved features and details in relief such as the ears, paws and expressive almond-shaped eyes. The surface is smoothly polished, allowing the natural texture of the stone and the veins that run through its volume to be appreciated. Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) or later.
Diameter: 3 cm
Weight: 61.1 g
