Description.
Sculpture carved in white jade with gold-toned veins, depicting a standing female figure wearing a traditional conical hat and carrying an infant on her back. The mother holds a sack or bag in one hand, while the other hand is free. The hat is delicately decorated with radial lines, while the faces and clothing have soft incised details.
