Description.
Carved from green jade with areas of brown and reddish tones. It depicts a mystical creature with bent legs, whose head is distinguished by four symmetrically arranged horns. The expression is intense, with stylised facial features and large eyes. Hongshan culture (c. 4700–2900 BC) or later.
