Jade figurine "Traveler on a donkey", Ming Dynasty

Carved from jade with ochre and brown hues on all sides. The piece features a detailed openwork motif depicting a traveller riding a donkey, holding the donkey by the elongated reins, beneath a leafy tree and surrounded by perforated rock formations. The base is oval and features shallow perforations. Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) or later.
