Description.
Carved white jade pendant, circular in shape, consisting of two beasts, a bird and a mammal, joined at the level of the belly and jaws or beak, with their legs intertwined, creating a small hollow at the level of the neck. Both animals are shown in a recollected position, with serene expressions and fine details incised and embossed. Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) or later.
