Description.
Crafted from celadon-coloured jade with areas of honey-coloured and reddish-brown discolouration. The piece features an openwork, symmetrical design of sinuous, intertwining dragons. The surface is entirely decorated with fine engravings of spirals, clouds and striated lines. It shows patina and wear due to age. Warring States period (475–221 BC) or later.
