Description.
A carved jade plaque with a light greenish hue. It has a flat, oval body, on which is a beautiful scene of two elegant herons with elongated necks entwined between leafy lotus branches in bloom, decorated with scrolls of leaves and openwork flowers. Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) or later.
