Description.
A piece carved from brown jade with ochre and reddish veins. The upper part shows a reclining animal with rounded shapes and a serene expression, tilting its head with a penetrating gaze. The lower part bears the inscription ‘疏烟淡月梅花’ engraved in bas-relief. Ming dynasty (1368-1644)
