Description.
Yen-yen-shaped porcelain vase, composed of a balustrade body and a tall trumpet neck. Its decoration, painted in cobalt blue, is organised into different registers divided into rectangular panels. Each panel depicts a different scene, with representations of scholars, ladies in gardens and other scenes from palace life. On the base, inside a double circle, is the mark ‘大清康熙年制’.
