Description.
Large agate Dzi with subtle alternating lines or veins in shades of grey, lavender and white, creating a fluid pattern throughout the piece. It has an elongated spindle shape with rounded ends. The surface has an antique patina. It has a central hole for stringing. Tang Dynasty (618–907) or later.
