Description.
Large French table clock in the Neoclassical style, crafted from bronze and black marble, dating from the late 19th century. It is crowned by an allegorical female figure in patinated bronze, depicted reclining and holding a cornucopia, a symbol of abundance.
The circular white enamel dial with Roman numerals is integrated into the central body and framed by a gilded bronze bezel. The ensemble rests on an architectural base of black marble decorated with gilded bronze applications, notably a frontal relief featuring putti, a classical mask and floral garlands. It stands on four bronze legs with a curved profile and plant motifs.
Size: 66 x 21 x 55 cm
