Description.
Freestanding fireplace screen made of gilded metal in the Louis XV style. The screen consists of a fine metal grille with a regular diamond-shaped mesh. Suspended at the center of this grille is a freestanding decorative panel featuring two cherub figures holding a central floral motif or torch.
