Description.
Oil on canvas. The first still life depicts a clear glass vase with a mixed bouquet, featuring lilies and a dense cluster of ochre and red flowers. On the rustic wooden table rest fruit and a tin can. The second still life presents a striated blue ceramic vase with a dense bouquet of ochre, red, and daisy flowers. Beside it, on the rustic wooden table, rest two glass bottles (one with a label) and a folded copy of the ABC newspaper, its iconic masthead clearly visible. The signature "Monleón 57" appears in the lower right and left corners.
