Description.
A tulle fan with a mother-of-pearl latticework frame, decorated with a pictorial scene in the neoclassical style. It depicts allegorical female figures with cherubs and musical instruments. The fan is housed in a period fan case, upholstered in blue fabric, whilst the outer frame, made of carved and gilded wood, is crowned by an ornamental finial decorated with plant and floral motifs.
