Lithograph on paper by the renowned artist Nahum Gutman (1898–1980). The composition depicts a scene of traditional agricultural work in which two female figures, their backs turned, walk carrying containers on their heads: one holds a rectangular basket laden with fruit, and the other a clay jug or pot. The women are set against a rural landscape dominated by the imposing presence of olive trees with gnarled trunks and stylized foliage canopies, all rendered with a soft color palette of ochre, earth tones, pale greens, and a sky with bluish hues that lends great lyricism to the scene. Signed in pencil by the artist in Latin characters "N. Gutman" in the lower left corner and in Hebrew characters in the lower right corner. Numbered according to a limited edition, "365/1000," in the lower margin.
