Description.
Comprising 26 spherical beads made of Nanhong red agate (南红玛瑙) in a deep orange hue with a polished finish. The beads, which are uniform in size and have a central hole, are strung on a matching flexible cord. The surface displays a subtle patina. Liao Dynasty (916–1125) or later.
