Description.
Carved dark brown agate with reddish speckles and amber veins. It has a square body, crowned by a dragon reclining among clouds. The dragon twists atop the summit, with detailed head and back. It is decorated with reliefs of scrolls and sinuous lines. The base bears an engraved seal reading ‘圆明园’. Qing dynasty (1644-1912).
