Description.
Prayer rosary ‘mala’ composed of 108 spherical liulí beads in a deep, translucent maroon colour separated by tiger's eye beads. The string is interrupted by a central rose quartz bead. The finial, on a purple cord, includes the main guru bead and a tassel of six glass paste beads in shades of orange, green and blue. Qing dynasty (1644-1912).
