Necklace of one hundred and eight yellow agate beads, Yuan dynasty

Prayer rosary (mala) composed of 108 translucent yellow agate spherical beads. The strand is interrupted by coral-colored marker beads, one of them larger. The terminal section consists of a matching main guru bead, followed by tassels with polychrome liuli tubular beads. Yuan Dynasty (1271–1368) or later.
